Is to provide proficiency testing services using the best sound practices to offer high quality proficiency testing services to the participants; To protect the customers’ confidentiality and to continually improving the effectiveness of the management system according to the requirements of international standard ISO/IEC 17043

1.Review the available PT programs from the attached announcing schemes.
2.Our programs have been established considering the needs of Medical Microbiology laboratories and customers seeking excellence in laboratory services
3. Print, fill all needed information, sign the attached request for contract (attached)
4. Send one hard copy of signed request for contract to RLEUH-PTU

1.Register on site (Register)
2.Print, fill all information, sign and stamp the application form (attached)
3.Log In
4.Choose programs you wish to enroll in
5.Press on Enter from Action
6.Fill Registration data asked and write code of PT program as mentioned in announcing scheme
7.Upload stamped application form and press on Register
8.You will receive confirmation email to ensure that your request has been sent
9.Within 48 hours after registration, you will receive another email that your request has been accepted
10.You can register in more than one program

1.You should first revise, sign and stamp the financial contract (attached)
2.Send one hard copy of signed stamped contract to RLEUH-PTU
3.Transfer money to our bank account as illustrated in contract after receiving first shipment
4.You will receive second shipment only after payment

1.Unpack the kit.
2.Read the instructions carefully
3.Review clinical cases and requirements  information from round result sheet

1.Log In
2.Choose round needed
3.Press on Enter from Action
4.Fill all requirements asked in round result sheet
5.Press on Save then press on Send
6.Be sure that once you press on Send, you will not be able to edit your result
7.Once you press on Send, you will receive confirmation mail that your results have been sent successfully
8.You shall submit your results before mentioned result due date

1. Keep your lab code (written inside result sheet)
2. Review the final detailed round report (attached)
3. Review your evaluation summary report (attached)
4. We deliver the final report within one month of result due date

1.We would be grateful if you fill customer feedback questionnaire
2.In case of any complaint or appeal, you can fill customer complaint form
3.All complaints and appeals will be thoroughly and fairly considered, dealt with and you will receive feedback via website
